The use of soy products enriches the diet. “Soy Vita” steaks with mushrooms
Ingredients needed: 8 steaks, 400 g mushrooms, 2 dl sour cream, 2 dl white wine, 1 dl oil, 50 g flour, 2 onions, salt, and spices to taste. Preparation: Saute onion in oil, roll hydrated soy steaks in flour, and fry briefly on both sides in onion oil. Transfer them to a deeper bowl, pour the wine over them and simmer until the wine evaporates. Add sour cream, spices, sliced ?? mushrooms and cook until the sauce thickens.
